Establishment of click & collect store management
A web store support service was deployed for a national retail company to support the client’s online activities.
The task of the store support was to establish a new company area and to provide technical support in the area of CRM database maintenance or to navigate the end customer by telephone in case of queries.
In particular, the task was to be able to help customers directly and to monitor the mechanics of the implementation during the launch, optimizing it if necessary and thus consolidating the online service by controlling the content.
