The most important documents are your resume and your current references. A cover letter is not necessary, but we are always happy to read about your motivation.
At your first interview, there are usually two people from the project and management team.
The job offers on our homepage are basically up to date. Of course, there may be last-minute adjustments that overlap with your application – but that usually doesn’t happen.
