Description

Concept development, creative elaboration, production, controlling and budget management, as well as the entire national implementation including logistics, set-up and dismantling, management of decoration teams and project documentation of POS experience placements.

From the briefing to the finished set-up and the necessary national tour, UGW accompanies the live brand experience at the POS.

Based on the visual core elements of the respective brands and the communicative core messages, the future structure is simulated with scribbles and 3D visualizations. In this context, special attention must be paid to the needs and local conditions of the food retail trade, such as available space, infrastructure, power supply, etc. Once the model of the experience placement with its relevant elements has been determined, a cost-efficient solution for the implementation of all components in as much detail as possible is developed and realized in close cooperation with the producers. Once the placement structure has been implemented, the organizational work begins. Based on agreements made by the field sales force with the individual food retailers, tour plans are drawn up by the participating stores throughout Germany. UGW also takes care of the logistics and control of the individual teams on request. In addition, personnel-supported promotions are offered as an integrated service. Brand and tour content is thus transmitted directly to promoters.

Attention-grabbing and memorable placements that let shoppers experience the brand world where they make their purchase decision: at the point of sale!
