Description

The customer requested the development of different sized decoration packages to respond to the conditions in each store. Using an already existing key visual, UGW developed a wide variety of presentation and graphic elements that ensure optimal presentation of the product in line with the brand in a wide variety of spaces.

The following points were carried out by UGW in coordination with the customer: Recommended actions for the composition of the decoration packages, production control and quality assurance, as well as national and international shipping coordination. UGW continued to plan and coordinate the setups and visual merchandising for the Germany, Austria and Switzerland region. The setups, including visual merchandising, were executed by UGW’s trained and competent decoration teams.

With the newly developed decoration packages of the collection and the newly coordinated visual merchandising guidelines of the product, a colorful and high-profile presentation in the shop window and in-store was achieved.
