Description

In collaboration with the client, UGW developed new visual merchandising guidelines to best present the brand and product and more effectively encourage the end consumer to buy. In coordination with the existing collections, graphic modules and various presentation elements were to be developed and integrated into the newly created visual merchandising guidelines for a wide variety of space conditions.

To ensure the best possible presentation of the product, surveys and tests were carried out, which were incorporated and implemented in the new visual merchandising guidelines. In close contact with the customer, UGW developed, coordinated and produced graphic modules and presentation elements. The quality assurance of the production, as well as the preparation of the decoration operations was coordinated by UGW. The planning and documentation of the deployment of the decoration teams was handled via the online interfaces of the UGW portal, so that the customer could access the information on the progress of the project and the results of the decoration deployments at any time.

The new look and visual merchandising guidelines created new presentation and display options – not only for the advertised products, but also within the customer’s entire product range.
