Description

Professionally designed apps for internal and external information are highly relevant for many companies and are becoming increasingly important for communication. For TÜV Rheinland, the UGW digital experts have now designed and programmed another app in the area of “certification services” – following an app for “professional training”.

Using this app, TÜV field service employees can use their tablets to quickly and professionally answer all relevant questions about the company and its own services. The appealing infographics and extensive background information provide the editorial basis for this.

In order to optimally guide through the customer appointments, the field staff can already bring together relevant services and documents for each individual customer appointment in advance in the “Information Hub”. They can use the interactive service catalog for this purpose. The different industries and topics can be conveniently filtered. The “Information Hub” can be accessed easily and at any time during the customer appointment via the main navigation of the app. Furthermore, a search with practical auto-completion is also integrated, which makes it much easier to find the documents you are looking for. Detailed industry information (e.g. on IT) and focus topics (e.g. hygiene management) round off the knowledge provided by the app.

The app is also already prepared for the possibility of multilingualism. This means that nothing stands in the way of an international rollout.
