Our task was to reduce non-performance-related condition modules.
This included the structural adjustment and alignment of the system with the marketing objectives in the different categories and led to the development of a transparent planning and control basis.

- Creation of a control-oriented condition system and condition structure.
- Significant reduction in the spread of conditions.
- Increase “pay-for-performance” through strategic reinvest by customer value.
